You must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy to use a YarnGPT account. Optional model-improvement consent is separate and is not required to use the service.

2. Your Account

Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use YarnGPT to:

• Break applicable laws or infringe another person's rights.
• Create harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized impersonation content.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, automate abuse of, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Upload content you do not have permission to process.

4. Your Content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant YarnGPT the limited permission needed to process, store, transmit, and return that content to provide and secure the service. Model-improvement use occurs only when you separately opt in as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Plans and Purchases

Features, limits, subscriptions, and prices may vary by plan and platform. App-store purchases are also governed by the relevant store's billing, cancellation, and refund rules.

6. Availability and Enforcement

We may maintain, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, security threats, payment fraud, or violations of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

AI-generated results may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use. To the extent permitted by law, YarnGPT is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and our liability is limited to losses that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and Contact

Material changes receive a new version and may require acceptance in the app. If you do not accept an updated required version, you must stop using the account.
