1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, YarnGPT processes:

• Account details, including your name, email address, username, and profile information.
• Text, audio, video, generated speech, transcripts, and translations submitted to or produced by the service.
• Subscription, transaction, usage, device, app-version, security, and diagnostic information.
• Messages you send to support or through business inquiry forms.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to provide speech and dubbing services, maintain accounts, process purchases, enforce usage and security controls, troubleshoot failures, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Optional Model Improvement

Model improvement is optional. If you opt in, YarnGPT may retain dubbing audio, transcripts, translations, and related quality metadata to evaluate and improve speech and language models. These records are retained for no longer than 24 months. Declining does not prevent you from using speech or dubbing features.

You can change this choice in the app's Account Settings. Turning it off stops future collection for this purpose. Contact support to request deletion of previously retained model-improvement records.

4. Storage and Retention

• Account and transaction records are retained while your account is active and as required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
• Generated speech is retained until you delete it or your account, subject to backup and legal requirements.
• Ordinary dubbing source, job, and output artifacts are normally removed after approximately 24 hours.
• Optional model-improvement records are retained for no longer than 24 months.

5. Service Providers and Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers including Firebase for authentication and data services, Cloudinary and AWS for media storage, Modal for compute workloads, payment providers for purchases, and monitoring or communication providers needed to operate YarnGPT. They process data only to provide contracted services or where required by law.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may access or correct account information, delete generated items, withdraw optional model-improvement consent, request account deletion, or ask for access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal data where applicable.

7. Security and Children

We use access controls, authentication, transport encryption, rate limits, and monitoring to protect the service. No system is completely secure. YarnGPT is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Changes and Contact

Material changes receive a new policy version. Signed-in users may be asked to accept the updated version before continuing.
